Cosmic Reties Policies

Deposit/Booking Fees

All establishment services must be reserved and secured with a $200 nonrefundable deposit. The cost of the service will be reduced by this amount. A non refundable deposit of $25 must be made immediately after to book your appointment in order for your appointment to be valid to Cash App: $cosmicreties or Apple Pay +1 (678) 993-5864 ONLY! This deposit will be added to your service total. Failure to make the deposit of $25 will forfeit your appointment time and allow someone else to book that time. A text will be sent if the appointment time is taken due to nonpayment of deposit. If your hair is not clean and or 80% dried $25 will be added to your final price.

*Payments are due at the beginning of the appointment. 

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No call/No show

You can reschedule appointments by calling or texting the provided number, 48-72 hours before the booked appointment time. After  rescheduling the same appointment twice, you will be required pay a nonrefundable $45 deposit to schedule again.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be required to pay 50% of the appointment fee to reschedule.

In order to reschedule, cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur 50% of the total cost.

GUESTS

As a courtesy to all salon members, we are a guest and child free space. 

COVID-19

Temperature checks prior to entering.

MASK ARE REQUIRED. No exceptions!!! If you are feeling sick or have been in contact with anyone who has been sick please reschedule your appointment for a minimum of 2 weeks.

Late Policy

We should both respect each other’s time. If we’re running late with the current client, our team will inform you via text or phone call. If this causes you an inconvenience, we will honor your appointment time.

We give our clients a fifteen-minute grace period. Please text or call if you anticipate being more than fifteen minutes late. The duration of the appointment starts at the scheduled time. It could be necessary to reschedule if more time is needed to finish the service.

Consultations *Waived*

Clients are required to pay a non-refundable $35 deposit for consultations. Hair must be cleansed and free of all products 24 to 48 hours before the booked appointment time. The appointment will be rescheduled if there is product in the hair or if it does not look clean.

Cosmic Reties Services

Microloc Consultation

$45.00

Prior to scheduling an establishment, the first stage in the Microloc package is a consultation. It covers your hair care history, expectations, and procedure knowledge. It also gives you time to ask any questions you may have, to ensure that sample locs are established correctly, hair needs to be free of cosmetics and clean.

  Transfer client retightening 4-6 weeks

$180 for 3 hours of service due upon scheduling.  

Microloc Retightening 4-6 Weeks

$50/hour with a 3 hour minimum and 4 hour maximum. Average cost is $150.  

Microloc Retightening 7-8 weeks

$60/hour with a 3 hour minimum and 4 hour maximum. Average cost is $180. 

Microloc Retightening 9-10 weeks 

$225 for up to 4 hours of service.

Braid and band hair once the hair is 75 to 80% dry, go through your locs and separate them. Make sure they are not married or connected. Clean hair w/clarifying shampoo one to two days before your appointment. Do not apply anything to your hair or scalp before your service. If your scalp and hair is not clean, your service will be rescheduled and your deposit will be lost. 

Traditional Starter Locs Establishment

Starting at $85. 

Hair washed requirements are the same as above.

Steaming

$15 for 15 minutes

Benefits: Steaming locs helps add natural moisture to prevent breakage, dryness, and frizz. Steaming enhances the overall health of your hair and scalp. It also enhances blood circulation in the scalp and the flow of natural oils and can promote hair growth.
